Monument Immigration Stands with LGBTQ Immigrants

June is Pride Month across the globe. Fittingly, in June of 2013 the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) was struck down granting same-sex couples the federal protections under the law. From an immigration perspective, this meant that same-sex couples could now petition for green cards for their spouses, be considered for hardship in waivers and immigration proceedings, and petition to bring their fiancé(e)s to the U.S. from abroad.

Monument Immigration takes great pride–and considers it an honor–to represent every immigrant in obtaining legal status, applying for asylum, or naturalizing to become a U.S. Citizen.

Every person, regardless of race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or sexual orientation deserves high quality legal representation. Mark Naugle has represented clients from all over the world. He was also one of the first attorneys in the United States to begin representing same-sex couples nationwide once marriage equality was the law of the land.
