Keep ReadingAt Monument, we work with a wide array of immigration services such as obtaining Green Cards, DACA applications, naturalization, same-sex immigration services, consular processing, adjustment of status and more.
All of our services are priced fairly and transparently—you’ll never be hit with hidden fees or added costs, no matter what your background is. Check out our individual service pages for more pricing information.
Most interviews required for immigration services will require you to bring original documents. However, the government usually accepts copies of those documents to initiate your application.
That means you’ll be able to drop off copies at our office, send them by mail, email or fax, or upload them via your client portal.
The sooner we submit your application, the better. And to submit your application, we’ll need all of your necessary information and documentation.
To get started as soon as possible, be sure to send us everything we need right away, including passport photos and checks for government application fees.
We do offer interview attendance for an additional fee. However, we’re very thorough with preparing our clients for their interviews, and most people feel confident enough to attend their interviews alone.
You’re welcome to change your immigration attorney whenever you like, and you’re also entitled to a copy of your case file from the former immigration lawyer.
As an immigration lawyer, you might think I’d say that everyone should hire an immigration attorney. While that would give me a lot of business, that’s simply not true.
