Questions & Answers

What services do you provide?

We work with clients in all aspects of immigration law, including DACA, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, green cards, and even same-sex immigration services.

How much do you charge?

With us, you’ll never be hit by hidden fees. For more information about our fair and transparent pricing, take a look at our service pages for the specific application you need help with.

How can I send you my documents? Do you need originals?

You can send us your documents through the mail, fax, email, or upload them on the web using our client portal. If you’re in the neighborhood, you can also feel free to drop them off at the office.

As for copies versus originals, it’s generally fine to use copies when we begin your application. Once your interview rolls around, though, you’ll usually need your original documents.

Is there anything I can do to make my application move faster?

Once your immigration application is submitted to the government, there’s no way to expedite the process—that’s just one of the unfortunate aspects of immigration.

But that means it’s crucial for you to get us your necessary information and documents as quickly as possible. The sooner we get them, the sooner we can apply.

Will someone attend my interview with me?

If needed, we do offer interview attendance for an additional fee. But don’t worry—we do a great job at preparing our clients for the interview, and most people don’t need us to attend at all.

Can I switch attorneys?

If you’re not satisfied with your immigration lawyer Michigan, you’re free to switch at any time—plus, you’re always entitled to a duplicate of your case file.
