Questions & Answers

What services do you provide?

We work in all areas of immigration law, including same sex immigration services, DACA, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, green cards and more.

How much do you charge?

Our clients are never hit with hidden fees. Check out our service pages for more info on fair, transparent pricing for your application.

How can I send you my documents? Do you need originals?

You can easily send us your documents through the mail, email, fax or upload via our client portal. Of course, you can also drop them off at our office the old-fashioned way.

While we can usually begin submitting your application with copies of your documents, you’ll most likely need the originals to attend your immigration interview.

Is there anything I can do to make my application move faster?

Unfortunately, once your application has been submitted there is no way to speed up the process. That’s why it’s so important to get us your information and documents ASAP—that way we can submit your application right away.

Will someone attend my interview with me?

While we do provide interview attendance at an additional cost, we’ll make sure you’re prepared and ready for your interview beforehand. In fact, most of Monument’s clients opt to attend their interview without us!

Can I switch attorneys?

Yes, you can switch lawyers if you wish. Plus, you’re entitled to a copy of your former lawyer’s case file.

Do I Need to Hire an Immigration Attorney?
