At our immigration office in Utah, we offer many services including adjustment of status, naturalization, DACA, K-1 Visas, and more.
While fees vary between specific services, those prices are set and we don’t nickle-and-dime you along the way for hidden expenses. We’re all about transparency, and that means giving you an honest, fair price.
To initialize your application, the government usually doesn’t demand original documents. That means you’ll be able to give us copies by mail, email, fax, digital upload through your client portal, or by dropping them off at our office.
However, your interview will almost always require the original documents—just keep that in mind.
You can switch attorneys if you’d like, and you also have a right to receive a copy of your previous attorney’s case file.
At the start of your application, it’s absolutely vital that we submit all the necessary information and paperwork as soon as possible. The longer we delay applying, the longer you’ll have to wait.
That means we’ll need your documentation, checks for government filing fees, and passport photos. After submitting the application, there’s nothing more we can do to make the process faster.
While we can certainly attend your interview (for an additional $250 fee), many of our clients find that our preparation during consultations is more than enough to confidently face the interview alone.
One of the reasons we’re so easy to find online is because of stellar reviews like these:
